Kompanion Money-Back Policy
Please be aware that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases through Kompanion are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless specifically stated otherwise in this document or as required by law.
1. Money-Back Guarantee Rules
Kompanion offers a money-back guarantee under specific conditions, in addition to any refund rights you may have under applicable laws. If your purchase was made directly on the Kompanion website and you were offered a money-back option at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:
- You must request a refund by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of your initial purchase and before your subscription period ends.
- You must have followed the plan consistently for at least 14 consecutive days. Your refund request must include evidence of your adherence, such as screen videos or screenshots of your workout or plan history showing your personal progress.
- Upon reviewing your request, we will inform you via email whether your application for a refund has been approved.
Important Statement
It is important to note that eligibility for a full Voluntary Refund under our “Money-back guarantee” requires the fulfillment of all the above criteria. This guarantee does not cover:
- Personal dissatisfaction with the product or failure to meet expectations
- Financial misunderstandings, such as unexpected charges, trials converting to subscriptions, automatic subscription renewals, or the realization that services are paid
2. General Refund Rules
If you do not meet the money-back guarantee conditions, any fees paid are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as explicitly stated in this policy or as required by law.
Special Notes:
- For US Residents: Residents of California may cancel a purchase up to midnight of the third business day after the purchase date for a full refund.
- For EU Residents: EU users have a 14-day withdrawal period from a contract without giving any reason and without incurring any costs. This period extends to 14 days from the start of a free trial, if applicable. To exercise this right, notify us via email at [email protected]. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
How to Request a Refund:
- App Store Purchases: Refunds for purchases or free trials activated through the App Store are processed by Apple. Follow Apple support’s instructions for refund requests.
- Google Play Store or Website Purchases: For subscriptions or trials started through Google Play or directly on our website, contact our support team at [email protected].
